Useful and Nutritious Recipe for Kids from One Year Old - Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

squash — 400 gr,
cheese — 100 gr,
eggs — 2 pieces,
sour cream — 100 gr,
flour — 150 gr,
slaked soda — 0,5 teaspoon,
greens,
salt — 0,5 teaspoon,
pepper — a little.

Cooking

Grate and squeeze out good squash. Chop cheese finely and cut greens. Mix slated soda with sour cream, leave for 5 min, then add eggs, salt, pepper. Whip with a fork, pour flour and mix. Put cheese, squash and greens. Mix everything and pour into a pre-oiled baking form. Bake 40-50 min at a temperature of 180 degrees.
