Nutrition for children . Quick vegetable soup with low calory content, simple ingredients and restrained taste is good for children. Take sour cream no more than 20% as fatter sour cream can spoil the delicate taste of cabbage.

Ingredients:

— white cabbage 300 gr,
— cauliflower 300 gr,
— carrot 150 gr,
— onion 150 gr,
— rice 100 gr,
— sour cream 100 ml,
— chicken broth 2,5 l,
— vegetable oil 20 ml,
— salt to taste.

Cooking:

1. Chop the onion and carrot, stew the vegetables in a deep saucepan for 2 min.

2. Put white cabbage into a saucepan, stew it with onion and carrot for 3 min, than add chicken broth and boil for 15 min.

3. Put rice into the soup, after 10 min add cauliflower. 7-8 min later the soup is ready. Salt it and add sour cream. Good appetite!
