Vegetable Broth Soup

You`ll Need:

— chicken breast or lean beef
— squash
— broccoli sprouts
— green beans in pods
— bunch of dill

1. First cook the broth. Cut the meat into small pieces, put them into a pan with water and heat to boiling. To make the soup tasty it`s necessary that the meat should not boil, but it should languish on slow fire (30-40 min.). And you are to take away the scum from time to time. Tie a bunch of dill and put it into the pan.

2. Then cut the squash, broccoli sprouts and green beans in pods into small pieces. Put everything into the broth and cook another 15 min. Remove the pan from the heat and give the soup infuse.

3. Put a serving for feeding into the plate taking away the dill. Then in the blender chop the pieces of meat and vegetables and add a small piece of butter. You`ll have thin soup. You shouldn`t salt it, as vegetables contain some salt and it`s enough for a kiddy. After the soup cools down till 37 deg, you may feed your kid.
