Nutrition for children. This Easy and Tasty Candied Orange from Belarusian Cuisine will be to taste to those kids who are fond of original desserts. Besides, the recipe is simple and children will manage to cook it by themselves.

You`ll Need:

— 4 oranges (their peel)
— 1 glass of sugar
— 1500 ml. of drinking water

You`ll cook 4 servings.

Cooking:

1. Peel the oranges cutting them into 6 segments. Put the peel into a jar, pour cold water and brew 3-5 days changing water in the morning and evening.

2. Cut the soaked peel in half, then — into transverse slices not wider than 1 cm. Put the slices into the pan, pour water, add sugar and mix well. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cook stirring constantly 40 — 50 min. till complete evaporation of liquid. Put the hot candied peel onto a wide plate, cool and roll in powdered sugar.
