Healthy Meal Ideas for Kids. Smoothies for Babies of 1.5 Years Old

Ingredients:

— banana — 1,
— biolact — «Tema»,
— spinach — 1 bundle,
— mint — 1 twig,
— honey — 1 table spoon,
— water — 0,4 l

Cooking:

Peel a banana and cut it into small pieces. Separate the leaves of spinach and mint from the twigs. Put the banana pieces, leaves of spinach and mint, honey, water and biolact into a blender. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the smoothies into a glass and add the favorite berries. Eat with pleasure. Let your babies be healthy and happy!
