Ingredients:


— florets of cauliflower without a stalk — 150-200 gr.
— 1/4 of a lemon,
— grated parmesan cheeese — 30 gr.
— sour cream — 1 table spoon,
— nutmeg — a pinch,
— salt — a pinch.

Cooking:


1. Boil some water, put cauliflower in it and boil again. Then drain the water.

2. Further boil some water with salt and 1/4 of a lemon (scrape the lemon peel with a knife before), put the cauliflower there for 10 min., then drain the water.

3. Heat the sour cream in a small pan, add the grated parmesan and a pinch of nutmeg. Put the prepared cauliflower into this sauce.

4. The dish is cooked, you may serve it. You kid will eat it with pleasure, we are sure.
