Healthy Meal Ideas for Kids from 2 Years Old: Delicious Pancakes on Kefir

Ingredients:

— kefir 500 ml,
— eggs 3,
— flour 2 glasses,
— oil 3-4 tablespoons,
— sugar 1 tablespoon,
— salt 1/2 teaspoon,
— baking soda a little.

Cooking:

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Pour 300 ml of kefir stirring continuously and pour flour slouly. Knead the dough. Pour the rest kefir. With a big tablespoon put the dough on the baking pan in small portions. Bake the pancakes on both sides until crusted. Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!
