Healthy Meal Ideas for Kids from 2 Years Old - Cottage Cheese Pudding with Rhubarb

You'll Need:

— 250 gr. of cottage cheese,
— 250 gr. of rhubarb,
— 100 gr. of sugar,
— 30 gr. of semolina,
— vanillin,
— 1 teaspoon of butter,
— a bit of bicarb and salt.

Cooking:

Grind the cottage cheese with egg yolk, sugar and vanillin, semolina and bicarb. Add the rhubarb stalks peeled and cut into small pieces. Add the beaten egg whites. Put the mass into the baking dish greased with butter and bake in the oven on the medium heat for 50-60 min.
