Healthy Meal for Kids from 1 Year Old. Broccoli in Curd Bread Crumbs Sauce

Ingredients:

— broccoli 100 gr,
— curd (cottage cheese) 100 gr,
— bread crumbs 2 table spoons,
— salt (a pinch) (at will).

Cooking:
(cooking time 25 min)

Wash broccoli, dissassemble it into inflorescences, blanch for 1,5-2 min, put on a colander. Mix cottage cheese with 1 table spoon of bread crumbs, salt it if you wish. Place broccoli into a portion form, a cocotte, for eg., pour the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining bread crumbs. Bake at a temperature 180 deg. for 7 — 10 min. Enjoy your meal.
