Porridge with Dried Fruits is an ideal beginning of a day both for adults and kiddies from 1 year old.

Ingredients:


— millet — 50 gr.
— prunes — 20 gr.
— dried apricot — 20 gr.
— raisins — 20 gr.
— milk — 200 ml.
— carrot — 40 gr.
— honey — 30 gr. or powdered sugar
— butter — 20 gr.

Cooking:


Wash the millet, strew it into the boiling milk, add butter and boil till thickening.

Then add the dried fruits and carrot cut into tiny pieces, mix everything carefully. Heat the mixture to boiling and remove from heat. Cover the lid and put it into the oven for 40 min.

Before serving the porridge, season it with honey (provided the kiddies are not allergic to honey) or strew with a bit of powdered sugar.
