Necessary Ingredients:

— chicken ground,
— potatoes,
— eggs,
— onion,
— carrot,
— tomatoes,
— cheese,
— greenery,
— butter,
— sour cream.


Lubricate the baking mold with butter. Place the casserole in layers: the first layer consists of peeled potatoes cut in thin circles mixed with salt and a bit of sour cream.

The second thin layer on the potatoes is chicken ground mixed with salt and eggs. Atop add a little sour cream.

The third layer is vegetables. Grate the carrots, chop the onion, slice tomatoes thin, mix everything with a bit of salt and sour cream.

On the top sprinkle grated cheese in dense layer.

Place the casserole into the heated oven and cook for 20 minutes at the temperature of 180 deg.
