Cooking food recipe for kids from 1 year old. This Soup-Puree from Cauliflower and Squash is very nutritious and easy to prepare, it takes only 30 minutes to cook.

Cooking Food Recipes for Kids from 1 Year Old. Soup-Puree from Cauliflower and Squash

Ingredients:

— squash 50 gr,
— cauliflower 50 gr,
— butter 3 gr,
— 1 egg,
— water 100 ml.

Cooking:

Wash and peei cauliflower and squash. Boil an egg and separate egg white from yolk. 1/4 of yolk mix with little butter.

Cut the vegetables in small pieces, pour boiling water and cook until ready under the pan cover. When the vegetables have cooked, pour the broth into a separate pan, chop the hot vegetables in a blender. Add the mashed vegetables into the broth and boil.

Add butter and yolk mashed with butter into the ready soup.

Tip: the soup-puree may be introduced into a kid's menu from 1 year old. Start feeding babies with soup-puree, and only from 1,5 year old you may cook soup with small pieces to develop the kid's chewing skill.
