Dear kids, do you enjoy cooking? Then you can make a tasty surprise for your mom on Mother`s Day or her birthday and we`ll help you. Look at this fabulous meat salad Sunflower. You like it, don`t you? To make it isn`t difficult; only follow our instructions. The dish will not only gladden your mom, but also decorate your festive table.

Meat Salad Sunflower

Cook for Mom. Meat Salad SUNFLOWER

You`ll need:

— chicken tenderloin 300 gm;
— canned sweet corn 400 gm;
— marinated mushrooms 200 gm;
— carrot 200 gm;
— onions and olives (not necessarily);
— 3 eggs;
— oval chips;
— mayonnaise.

How to Cook the Salad:

1. Boil and peel the carrots.
2. Chop the tenderloin into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes, salt it.
3. Grate carrots on a fine grater.
4. Grate the eggs on a fine grater too.
5. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
6. Cut the onions into half rings.
7. Put the chicken tenderloin on the plate bottom and grease it with mayonnaise.
8. The next layer is carrots; grease them with mayonnaise again.
9. Now put the mushrooms with mayonnaise.
10. Put the onions (if you wish) and the eggs greasing with mayonnaise.
11. On the top put the canned sweet corn and place the oval chips by the circle as shown in the picture.
12. The made salad may be decorated and served on the table. Bon appetit!
