Watermelon Tortoise Tutorial

On seeing such a lovely turtle you may like to have a go at making it on your own.

Cut a watermelon in two. One half will serve as a vase for fruit.

Cut out a tortoise rind from the shell of the second half.

Be careful cutting out the legs — tortoise shell can break.

Attach the legs to the tortoise rind with gelatin and skewers.
